As a lifelong performer, I delight in living my life on the air.  I have no fear being vulnerable, and that helps me to connect with my audience in a very real and intimate way.  So many times, I’ve received messages from listeners about how my ability to open up about my flaws has helped them to deal with issues of their own.  If being honest about relationship jealousy, family drama, or even just my dumb, ditzy moments can help anyone to feel more confident – well that just makes me want to share that much more!

I’m a firm believer in hard work, and have been praised numerous times for my strong work ethic and drive.  When I set my heart to something, I don’t stop until it’s complete – even if I have to teach myself a new skill, or blaze a path that does not exist.  It’s how I worked my way up the ranks in some of the industry’s top markets, and how I’ve been fortunate enough to secure positions alongside some of radio’s best.

Since I joined The Roula & Ryan Show in 2015, our team has consistently hit ratings goals they’d never achieved before.  In the sales department, I quickly became one of the station’s most-requested personalities – including two accounts in which my endorsements helped to triple business for the client.  I believe it’s my relatable lifestyle and the passion that I bring to the air that have helped me find success with one of the most talented radio groups in the country.
